I've been going to New Image since they opened a couple of years ago and will keep going back as my needs change. I've had everything from laser hair removal, to b12 shots, to skin lightening products.
The staff is always SUPER positive and reassuring, even for the scarier of procedures. Janelle will be your BFF and the girls at the front are always honest about what they've done too (which can be reassuring).
Prices are fair, there's occasionally a wait especially around 2pm so try to be mindful of that when scheduling. Also, be sure to get on the email list for special deals.

Maannnn I'm telling you..every time I would go home after coming to New Image I feel 5 pounds lighter!!!..It's just more than this review could say..You really have to go there and see for yourself..my 5 stars doesn't serve it justice =D

Dr. Cham and his staff are personable, professional, and highly knowledgeable! I live in LA but the drive out to New Image in Artesia is worth it. They always have the latest innovations and products. And both their treatments and products are amazing, and I absolutely LOVE Janell, Claire, and Gladylea-- I'm always treated with the utmost respect and care. And Dr. Cham always makes me laugh-- his expertise and sense of humor help clients feel at ease. The staff is GENUINELY interested in your well-being (not just how you look), which isn't always the case in this particular industry!

I am not always the one to rave about facial treatments and spa clinics since my previous ones were horrible..But this one I just have to write a review about!..I've always had skin problems and tried different beauty regime when my friends told me about this place..Not only are the treatments affordable [for my student bank account], they actually do work, and the staff is also amazing!..It's easy to have people walk in at your clinic/business place but it takes good customer service to keep them happy D..I would recommend this place to everyone as I already have been..Special Thanks to Janelle, Glady, Vicky, and Fredielyn..You just add more light to the name New Image Clinic.

I had my first facial today from Glady at New Image Clinic and it was AMAZING! The room had soothing music and a wonderful massage chair, so you are instantly relaxed. My face is bright and clear now.... I may have to add this to my regular beauty regime!
